John Weisel starts his well drilling business in Lowry, MN, working on his neighbors’ wells.
John’s son, Bill, took over all operations. He continued working with wells and grew with the industry.
In 1953, Bill moved his family and business to the south of Alexandria and kept growing his business, earning him accolades in the well drilling trade including a profile in The Driller in July of 1963.
The business is owned and operated by Darin Weisel and son Owen. It is still located just south of Alexandria, Minnesota and has state of the art equipment and pumps for modern water needs.
